CURRENT SHIPPING DELAYS

Due to the on going unexpected delays, deliveries can take a little longer to get to you. If you are based outside of the UK please select 'tracked shipping' at checkout to prevent your order going missing.

UK deliveries can be delayed by up to 5 days, and international deliveries by up to 10 days.

UK SHIPPING

Shipping within the UK is by Royal Mail first class unless you have selected upgraded shipping at checkout.  Postage takes between 1-3 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Items are sent by Royal Mail international standard airmail, this service does not include a tracking reference.

Please allow 5-10 working days depending on your location.  Please allow additional time time for customs and bad weather.

If you have not received your parcel within 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days international delivery please get in touch.

Each country have their own duties and taxes, so please be aware you will be responsible for any incurred fees when you receive your order.

EU SHIPPING

Please note that from July 1st 2021, all EU orders with a value up to will be subject to 150€ will be charged Import Tax and a handling fee. You will be contacted by your local postal service who will tell you how to pay these charges.
